We at LevelExchange pride ourselves on providing the highest quality pizzas and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we want to hear about it. Please read below for our refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time at +39 06 4782 4782 or through our website levelexchange.site. As our pizzas are made to order, any cancellations made after this time will be non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

If you received an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us immediately upon receipt to ensure we can resolve the issue. Provide us with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem. We may request photographic evidence for our records.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Processing refunds

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at +39 06 4782 4782.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will provide you with further instructions.
