'LevelExchange started with one vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Bianchi family opened our doors in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned shop that cherished recipes passed down for generations.
During her travels in Italy, our founder, Marco Bianchi, mastered the pizza craft with Naples' expert pizzaiolos. Returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of classic Italian pizza, embracing traditional techniques and top-notch ingredients.
Our journey started with a cozy 12-seat pizzeria, and has since become a cherished local eatery. Despite our growth, our dedication to producing top-quality, genuine pizza remains. Wood-fired ovens still bake our dough, made fresh daily, while we source the finest materials.
Today, 'LevelExchange' is still in the family, with the second generation of the Bianchi lineage at the helm, leading our team with fervor. We may have adopted modern touches, but the essence of our enterprise stays true to its roots: creating sumptuous authentic pizza that gathers people together.
